Yes — there is no fee for our planning service. We earn our keep through the partners we book with (hotels, drivers, activity providers), so you get a tailored itinerary at no extra cost. You only pay for the bookings you approve.
For peak season (June-August, Christmas, and New Year) we suggest reaching out 2–3 months ahead. For quieter months, 2–4 weeks is usually plenty. Last-minute trips are welcome too — we will do our best with what is available.
